The final approval of your project is granted by the Approved Inspector. At Liba Consulting we specialize in providing the necessary information for Part A Structures, which includes the essential Drawings and Calculations to ensure compliance with Regulations, codes, and safety standards. It's crucial to understand that Building Regulations represent the minimum safety requirement. However, our designs at Liba Consulting often surpass these standards by incorporating best practices.

You do not necessarily need to involve the council for building regulation approval. Instead, you have the option to hire approved inspectors to verify, approve, and issue building completion certificates. While the NHBC is a well-known provider of this service, smaller companies are also available. 

We operate throughout the entire UK. 

 The design turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project. For small domestic projects, you can expect a turnaround time of less than two weeks.
